Sid Eudy, the professional wrestler famously known as “Sid Vicious,” has passed away at the age of 63, as confirmed by his family. Gunnar Eudy shared the news in a heartfelt Facebook post, stating, “I am deeply saddened to share that my father, Sid Eudy, has passed away after battling cancer for several years. He was a man of strength, kindness, and love, and his presence will be greatly missed. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we grieve this loss.”

The news was also confirmed by WWE, which expressed its condolences through an Instagram post saying, “WWE is saddened to learn that Sid Eudy has passed away. WWE extends its condolences to Eudy’s family, friends, and fans.”

Eudy, who also wrestled as “Sycho Sid” and “Sid Justice,” competed in the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Throughout his career, he secured multiple world championships and participated in main-event matches at WrestleMania in both 1992 and 1997.

During his illustrious career, Eudy faced off against wrestling legends including Randy “Macho Man” Savage, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels. His final WWE appearance was in 2012 on “Raw,” as part of a special event leading up to the show’s 1,000th episode.
