Thursday morning is expected to bring chilly conditions with lows in the teens but will clear to mostly sunny skies, leading to highs in the low 20s. As residents prepare for Valentine’s Day on Friday, expect a partly sunny day with temperatures in the upper 20s. However, snow will return Friday night, with additional chances through the weekend, possibly bringing mixed precipitation on Saturday, wherein temperatures will reach the low 30s.
