Whataburger is marking its 75th anniversary by offering a special deal to customers nationwide. To celebrate this significant milestone, the Texas-based fast-food chain is providing classic hamburgers for just 75 cents. This promotion is available exclusively through the Whataburger app from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, limited to one burger per customer who has a Whataburger rewards account.

“Whataburger’s 75th anniversary is a way for us to express gratitude for our loyal customers,” said Debbie Stroud, President and CEO of Whataburger, in a press release.

In addition to this exciting offer, Whataburger will unveil the second collection of its limited-edition Commemorative Cups starting on August 5, just days before the anniversary.

Whataburger currently operates over 1,100 locations across 17 states, with a significant presence in Texas, the South, and Southwest, including 42 locations in Alabama.

The anniversary festivities will also include a special event in the company’s birthplace of Corpus Christi. This celebration, to take place at Whataburger Field, will feature the Corpus Christi Hooks, a minor league team affiliated with the Houston Astros, who will play as the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits for this special game against the Tulsa Drillers. Attendees will receive free coupons for the popular side dish and can also get Whataguy masks or capes if they arrive early.

This anniversary not only highlights Whataburger’s rich history but also reflects the strong bond it has developed with its community over the decades. It’s a wonderful opportunity for fans to engage in the festivities and enjoy their favorite burgers at an incredible price.
