Wendy’s newly launched Krabby Patty Meal is creating a buzz across the United States, attracting numerous fans to its drive-thrus.
Curious about the excitement, we decided to try out this burger for ourselves.
Upon arriving, we noticed the drive-thru was bustling with customers, indicating the popularity of the Krabby Patty meals. When placing our order, the speaker was all business, urging us to keep the line moving. I quickly followed suit.
The Krabby Patty Meal is available in single, double, or triple options, catering to those looking for a hearty indulgence. I opted for the double version, as I needed a fulfilling meal after skipping lunch.
However, my enthusiasm took a hit upon receiving the meal. The packaging was entirely unremarkable, and there was no SpongeBob theme in sight. Though I half expected SpongeBob to make a fun appearance, it was just the standard Wendy’s branding.
As for the much-talked-about “secret sauce,” it turned out to be a sweeter variant of Thousand Island dressing. Unfortunately for fans of the show, there were no top-secret ingredients in this burger.
The standout feature of the meal was the pineapple Frosty, which added a delightful tropical flavor. Pairing it with fries made for a satisfying combination, leaving those as the highlight of the dining experience.
Regarding the Krabby Patty Meal’s availability, no specific end date has been announced. An employee in El Paso, Texas, indicated that Wendy’s will continue offering the meal until advised otherwise.
