The first incident took place on the night of September 26 along Kings Road in Vitogo, where a 40-year-old woman tragically lost her life. He appeared in Lautoka Magistrates Court on September 29, where he was granted bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for November 4.
In a separate case, a 41-year-old man has been charged following the tragic death of his 10-year-old daughter in a motor vehicle accident in Navola, Korolevu, on September 27. This individual has also been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and appeared in Sigatoka Magistrates Court on Monday. He was granted bail and is set to reappear in court on November 26.
