Valuefone Pte Ltd has announced the opening of its 14th outlet at Nakasi Mall, marking a significant development for the local mobile phone market. This new branch, representing a $60,000 investment, aims to enhance access to mobile sales and services for the residents of the greater Nakasi region. In addition to selling mobile devices, the outlet will provide essential services such as MPAiSA, e-ticketing, and bus card top-ups.
General Manager Ravikash Deo conveyed enthusiasm about the new store, stating it will greatly improve convenience for locals who previously had to travel to Nausori or Suva for similar services. “We’ve brought the service to your doorstep,” Deo noted, stressing the commitment to making vital mobile services more accessible to the community.
Adi Talei Rokotuibau, the special administrator of Nausori Town Council, emphasized the importance of this local outlet, recognizing that Nakasi is home to a significant portion of Nausori’s ratepayers. She expressed her gratitude towards Valuefone for establishing a shop that reduces the burden on residents needing mobile support.
Vodafone Fiji’s manager of Retail and Dealers, William Tabuya, also applauded the opening, seeing it as a positive investment in Nakasi.
