A highly anticipated $7 million premium waterfront coffee bar and dining venue is scheduled to open on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026. This new establishment aims to transform the hospitality landscape, serving as a flagship destination for corporate, tourism, and local clientele.

Nestled in a prime waterfront location, this development signifies a significant investment in architecture and interior design, promising a world-class dining and lifestyle experience enriched by stunning waterfront views. The venue will be operational from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday, offering a diverse range of services including specialty coffee and breakfast in the mornings, as well as upscale dining and bar experiences in the evenings.

A major highlight of the venue is the enlistment of a high-profile Chinese chef, who has gained acclaim for his work in New Zealand and Japan. This chef will lead the culinary team, introducing authentic and innovative Chinese dishes, alongside a selection of Western and Indian cuisine. The management team is committed to meeting international culinary standards, setting new benchmarks for dining experiences in Nadi.

The facility boasts a generous footprint with approximately 700 square meters dedicated to restaurant and bar space, 1,200 square meters for a hall with a stage, and 800 square meters for lounge areas. In total, the venue encompasses about 3,694 square meters with multiple kitchens, two stages, waiting lounges, private rooms, and expansive gathering spaces.

Designed to host large events, the venue has the capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests on the first floor, which includes a stage, VIP room, bar, and kitchen facilities. The ground floor lounge can host over 100 guests, in addition to seating for 200 more across the restaurant and coffee bar sections, making it perfect for corporate functions, tour groups, and private celebrations.

Guests will benefit from an array of premium amenities, including a Bar and Bar Lounge, a dedicated Pizza Lounge, and a Specialty Coffee Bar featuring a vast selection of blended coffees. The outdoor seating and traditional waterfront bures contribute to a captivating ambiance that blends luxury with the natural charm of the island.

To ensure seamless access for all, the development will feature ample paid parking, as well as designated areas for taxis, buses, yachts, and other forms of transportation for visitors and the wider Fantasy Island community.

In addition to enhancing the guest experience, a strict smart dress code will be implemented to maintain an upscale atmosphere. The venue will be staffed by highly trained personnel, dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

According to Abbas Ali, the developer of Fantasy Island, the establishment forms a part of the broader Fantasy Island project by Fantasy Island Resorts Pte Ltd, operating under the name Coffee Outback. Ali noted a significant decline in the quality of coffee shops and dining venues in Nadi, emphasizing the urgent need for improved regulatory standards in service and food quality in the region.

“The general public deserves a much higher standard of service and food,” he remarked, explaining his motivation behind investing in this ambitious project despite it not being his area of expertise.

This forthcoming landmark is poised to become a signature waterfront destination, attracting locals, tourists, and corporate clients alike, positioning itself as a premier hospitality hub in the region.
