Urgent Search Underway for Missing 2-Year-Old Girl in Tacoma

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old girl named Delilah Everett, who was reportedly kidnapped in Tacoma. The incident occurred near the Wendy’s located at 4112 South Steele Street on Saturday morning around 9:10 a.m. Delilah is described as 3 feet tall, weighing 23 pounds, with brown curly hair and brown eyes. At the time of her abduction, she was wearing a white and yellow floral pajama set along with white socks.

According to police reports, Delilah was seen walking in the street when a stranger approached, picked her up, and drove away in a vehicle. The suspect is described as a Black male in his early 20s with a thin build and puffy black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey puffer jacket, light blue or white basketball shorts, and black Nike slides with gold lettering.

The vehicle involved in the abduction is identified as a 2011-2014 Silver Hyundai Sonata, which has damage to the left front quarter panel above the tire and distinctive black markings in the dented area.

The investigation is active, and authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Delilah’s whereabouts, the suspect, or the vehicle to call 911 or contact the Tacoma Police Department.
