An Amber Alert has been issued for 12-year-old Tatiana Fuentes, who went missing from her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The Idaho State Police (ISP) reported that Tatiana, a Hispanic girl standing at 5’2” and weighing around 75 pounds, was last seen wearing a white shirt, jean shorts, and possibly pink Air Jordan shoes. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and a temporary butterfly tattoo on her left forearm.
According to the Idaho Falls Police Department, Tatiana is believed to have left her home late at night with two adult men. The last confirmed sighting of her was on July 12 around 11 p.m., and she was reported missing by her family the following morning.
ISP is pursuing leads on 18-year-old Marvin J. Godoy-Castillo, who is suspected of being involved in Tatiana’s disappearance. Authorities also described another unidentified male, approximately 20 years old, who has dark hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt and hat. They were traveling in a 2012 Blue Ford Fusion with Texas plates reading WBP6759, which was last spotted in the Swan Valley area.
The situation is critical, as law enforcement has expressed concerns for Tatiana’s safety, stating she may be in “imminent danger.” Following her disappearance, a Bonneville County deputy, who had earlier conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, recognized Tatiana as a passenger and was able to provide descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle.
As authorities continue their search, they are asking anyone with information concerning Tatiana Fuentes’s whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
