Jasveen Sangha, often referred to as the “Ketamine Queen,” has gained significant attention following her alleged involvement in the death of “Friends” actor Matthew Perry. Reports indicate that she was part of a criminal organization that supplied Perry with ketamine, contributing to his fatal overdose in October 2023.
Prior to this incident, Sangha was not a public figure, despite allegations of her involvement in various illegal activities. Her criminal history reportedly extends beyond Perry’s case, as she is also connected to the overdose death of Cody McLaury in 2019. McLaury, a 33-year-old from Alaska who lived in Los Angeles, died from a mixture of ketamine, heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine, a case that had previously remained out of the spotlight.
Sangha earned the nickname “Ketamine Queen” from detectives and investigators working on the Matthew Perry case, highlighting her alleged connection to the underground drug trade.
In the investigation, she is said to have played a crucial role in a drug distribution network that focused on ketamine supply. According to law enforcement, on the day of Perry’s death, his live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, administered ketamine to him multiple times without a medical license. The substance used in Perry’s overdose was reportedly coordinated with instructions and syringes provided by Salvador Plasencia, while the drug itself was allegedly sold by Eric Fleming and Sangha.
