Vision 4 Moore is set to kick off its first music concert of 2025 featuring the Face 2 Face Tribute Show on Saturday, June 28, at the Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities in Southern Pines, starting at 6 p.m. This exciting event highlights the incredible talents of tribute artists emulating both Billy Joel and Elton John.
Mike Santoro, hailing from Levittown, NY, leads the show as the voice of Billy Joel, delivering high-energy classics such as “Uptown Girl” and “Only the Good Die Young” with exceptional flair, backed by his talented band, The Stranger. Ronnie Smith takes on the role of Elton John, replicating his iconic style and energy through hits like “Rocket Man” and “Crocodile Rock.”
The concert not only promises an entertaining evening but also serves as a fundraiser for the Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities. Attendees can look forward to an outdoor event filled with music, food trucks, and drinks available for purchase.
Gates will open at 5:30 p.m., with local band Pocket Change taking the stage at 6 p.m. before the Face 2 Face performance kicks off at 7 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring their chairs but are reminded that no outside food or drinks are permitted.
Tickets are priced at $30 in advance, $37 at the door, and there are discounts for students as well as free admission for children 12 and under. For ticket purchases and more information, visit the Vision 4 Moore website.
This concert not only highlights the joy of live music but also supports the arts within the community, making it a wonderful opportunity for both entertainment and local initiative.
