Lautoka Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying the body of an i-Taukei woman discovered yesterday at Fenner Park on Thomson Crescent. The woman was found lying motionless near a tree and had no identification on her. Authorities believe she was aged between 20 and 30 years.
At the time of her discovery, the woman was dressed in black shorts featuring a gorilla design on the front left side. Additionally, she had a ring on her left ring finger and red and white friendship beads on her left wrist, which could potentially help in identifying her.
Police are urging anyone with information relevant to this case to reach out to the Lautoka Police Station at 6660222. The community’s cooperation is vital in helping to bring closure to this unfortunate situation.
