The guest has been identified as 31-year-old Payne, according to a spokesperson from the Buenos Aires police. The local prosecutor’s office is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death. Initial reports indicate that Payne was alone when he passed away, with investigators discovering broken items and what seemed to be narcotics and alcohol in his hotel room.
