An Indian actor, Allu Arjun, has been arrested following a tragic incident that occurred during a film screening where a fan crush claimed the life of a woman. The event took place in Hyderabad as large crowds gathered to see Arjun at the premiere of his film “Pushpa 2: The Rule.”
