Tracy Tutor, a prominent figure from “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” has made serious allegations against former high-profile real estate agent Oren Alexander, asserting that he drugged and assaulted her in 2014. In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Tutor claims that she was recruited by Douglas Elliman when the incident occurred, where Alexander was a key figure.

According to the lawsuit, Tutor was invited to a dinner in New York City with top executives of Douglas Elliman, including Alexander. She alleges that during the event, she was served a “large, pink cocktail” which led to her blacking out shortly after consumption. After the incident, a male friend reportedly found her in a bathroom with Alexander, who was allegedly making inappropriate physical advances towards her.

Further details in the lawsuit suggest that Tutor believes Alexander did not act alone. She alleges that he, along with his brothers – Alon and Tal – have a history of drugging and assaulting women over a prolonged period. Currently, the three brothers are facing trial in Manhattan accused of sex trafficking.

Oren Alexander’s attorney, Jason Goldman, has publicly stated that Tutor’s claims are “salacious and demonstrably false.” He contends that the timing of the lawsuit’s filing is suspect, noting that the allegations are over a decade old and have previously been disclosed to the public.

This case has sparked considerable attention as it adds to ongoing discussions about accountability in the real estate industry and broader issues of consent and predatory behavior. The mounting allegations against the Alexander brothers coinciding with their trial indicates a critical moment for those seeking justice against sexual misconduct in high-powered industries.
