Town House at The Kensington hotel has partnered with Cirque du Soleil to launch a pre-theatre menu inspired by the spectacular show OVO, set to take place at the Royal Albert Hall starting January 9th. This collaboration aims to enhance the theatrical experience for audiences attending the performances, which will run until March 1st.

The themed menu reflects the vibrant energy and narrative of OVO, which translates to “egg” and features a magnificent celebration of biodiversity and community through acrobatics and visual storytelling. Executive chef Isabela Vaz has crafted two exclusive dishes to complement the show. The starter features an egg-inspired dish that includes salt-baked Jerusalem artichoke puree, Iberico ham, and winter leaves, beautifully encapsulating the show’s theme. Dessert concludes the meal with the OVO, a creative plum and grape white chocolate egg developed alongside Cirque du Soleil. This dessert is designed to provide a “joyful final flourish” before audiences head to the performance.

The pre-theatre menu is set at £36 per person for a three-course meal and is available prior to evening shows at the Royal Albert Hall. This unique culinary offering not only aims to delight the palate but also enriches the overall experience of attending one of London’s iconic theatrical events.

For dining at Town House at The Kensington, located at 109-113 Queen’s Gate, London SW7 5LP, reservations can be made by calling 020 7589 6300 or visiting the restaurant’s website. Tickets for Cirque du Soleil’s OVO can be booked through their official website, offering a full evening of entertainment for patrons heading to the Royal Albert Hall. This partnership highlights the synergy between culinary artistry and world-class entertainment, promising an unforgettable experience for theatre-goers.
