Krispy Kreme and Dr Pepper are celebrating the kickoff of the football season with the launch of the “Krispy Kreme x Dr Pepper Kickoff Collection,” which will be available starting August 23 for a limited time. This collection features doughnuts inspired by Dr Pepper’s 23 original flavors, along with a seasonal favorite from Krispy Kreme. Although the offer is limited, the end date has not been specified.
Customers can purchase these doughnuts in-store or for pickup at participating locations. Delivery options are also available via Krispy Kreme’s app and website, which will be offering $0 delivery on all orders from August 23-25.
With college football beginning on August 24 and the NFL regular season starting on September 5, fans are anticipating an exciting season ahead. “Two of America’s most loved flavors are about to become one amazing gameday sensation to make this the sweetest kickoff to football season ever,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s global chief brand officer.
The Kickoff Collection features the following doughnuts:
– NEW Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut: An original glazed doughnut filled with Dr Pepper-flavored frosting, adorned with a burgundy sprinkle blend, and topped with a white chocolate Dr Pepper logo.
– NEW Buttercreme Goals Doughnut: An original glazed doughnut coated in green icing, decorated with colorful sprinkles, and featuring a yellow buttercreme-flavored goal post.
– KREME Filled Football Doughnut: An unglazed doughnut filled with KREME, dipped in chocolate icing, and designed to look like a football.
Ohio residents can find Krispy Kreme at nine locations across the state.
