Total Energies Backs Fiji Police Ahead of Vodafone Ratu Sukuna Bowl Games

Total Energies backs Fiji Police in Ratu Sukuna Bowl build-up

Total Energies has officially transferred its sponsorship to Acting Commissioner of Police, Aporosa Lutunauga, during a ceremony held at the Police Headquarters in Suva. This generous contribution from the energy company comes at a crucial time as it will provide significant support for the Police team’s preparations for the upcoming Vodafone Ratu Sukuna Bowl Games.

Mr. Lutunauga conveyed his deep appreciation, stating that the sponsorship is vital considering the logistical hurdles involved in organizing this major inter-services competition. The Vodafone Ratu Sukuna Bowl Games are set to take place in Suva from November 17 to 19, before moving to Labasa for further events on November 20 and 21.

The Labasa tournament will showcase a variety of sporting events, including soccer, a Service Women’s Rugby match, and the highly anticipated main men’s rugby match. These events promise to deliver an exciting display of athleticism and camaraderie among Fiji’s armed forces.

This initiative not only bolsters the sporting events but also highlights the importance of community involvement and social responsibility, elements that resonate in similar competitions like the Ratu Sukuna Bowl. This tournament aims to foster unity and promote a drug-free environment in Fiji. The partnership between Total Energies and the Fiji Police Force exemplifies a mutual commitment to making a positive social impact through sports and community engagement.

As excitement builds for the Vodafone Ratu Sukuna Bowl Games, the collaboration between corporate sponsors and community initiatives reflects the potential for positive outcomes. This partnership paves the way for an engaging and successful series of competitions, showcasing the best of what Fiji has to offer in sportsmanship and teamwork.
