Compass Offices has announced the pre-launch of the “Compass Office WTC Annex,” a new business center in Minato-ku, Tokyo, set to open in March 2025. This facility will significantly enhance their offerings of flexible office spaces in the region, featuring a variety of workspace options to accommodate businesses of different sizes and needs.

The WTC Annex spans the 11th and 12th Floors, covering an area of 560 Tsubo (approximately 1,880 square meters). It will host private offices suitable for teams ranging from 1 to 50 people, state-of-the-art meeting rooms equipped with 86” touchscreen video monitors, and club lounge spaces that offer stunning views of the Tokyo Tower. This initiative is part of a larger redevelopment project in the Hamamatsucho area, which will complement the main World Trade Center building set to open in 2027.

The WTC Annex will not only serve individual businesses but will also be integrated into the broader development plan aiming to enhance the area’s value and commercial atmosphere.

In addition to its modern workspace solutions, the WTC Annex is equipped with advanced Business Continuity Planning (BCP) technologies, including seismic dampers, solar panels, and backup generators, ensuring operational resilience in emergencies. The location is strategically situated in a prime business district, easily accessible via public transport, including direct connections to Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station.
