The decision to locate this breakout project in Columbus comes with several compelling reasons. As the second-largest city in the Midwest, Columbus is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies and attracts millions of visitors year-round. Notably, the city has a historical connection to the Titanic, as two passengers who survived the disaster famously fell in love while aboard a lifeboat and later married.
While specifics regarding the exact location within one of the city’s economically distressed “Opportunity Zones” have yet to be disclosed, the project reflects a strategic investment initiative designed to enhance the local economy while providing tax benefits for investors.
The hotel promises a range of captivating features, including recreated interiors from the Titanic, such as a First Class Dining Saloon and Cafe Parisien, alongside a Boat Deck Bar.
