Country music icon Tim McGraw will be gracing Upstate New York with his presence during his 2026 tour, bringing his signature sound and energy to fans this summer. McGraw is set to perform at the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview on Friday, July 31, with special guest 49 Winchester kicking off the concert at 7 p.m.
Tickets for this highly anticipated show will be available for purchase starting Friday, February 6, at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster, with a special presale for McGrawONE fan club members commencing on Wednesday. Concert-goers can also find tickets on secondary marketplaces like Vivid Seats, StubHub, and Seat Geek, with prices varying based on demand.
The tour, aptly named “The Pawn Shop Guitar Tour,” will mark an exciting summer for McGraw as it features performances in several locations, including the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on July 9 and the Broadview Stage at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) on July 25. This tour aligns with the launch of his new single “Pawn Shop Guitar,” which is set to be released next month.
Expressing his enthusiasm, McGraw stated, “The band and I are so excited to get back out on the road this summer.” Alongside his solo tour, he will also participate in three stadium shows alongside Lady A and The Chicks, enhancing the excitement surrounding his performances.
Having last visited Syracuse in 2022, McGraw, a Grammy-winning artist known for chart-topping hits such as “It’s Your Love,” “Live Like You Were Dying,” and “Highway Don’t Care,” continues to solidify his legacy in the country music landscape. Additionally, he and his wife, fellow artist Faith Hill, have also expanded their talents into acting, featuring in the “Yellowstone” spinoff series “1883.”
The Empower FCU Amphitheater has announced nine concerts so far for 2026, which include diverse acts from various music genres, starting with Kid Cudi on June 8 and ending with the Goo Goo Dolls on September 3. Fans should note that as part of a Live Nation policy initiated last year, outside lawn chairs will not be permitted, but rentals will be available for those who prefer seating.
As anticipation builds for McGraw’s July concert, his fans eagerly await the opportunity to experience his live performance, promising a summer filled with unforgettable music and entertainment.
