Following Wednesday’s victory over the Miami Heat, his teammate Nikola Jokic expressed confidence in Hardaway’s commitment to the team and his desire to succeed.
“Tim cares, and he wants to win. He wants to be good,” Jokic said, emphasizing Hardaway’s dedication. He noted that the veteran is working hard to understand the game and contribute positively, which has led to his recent success. Hardaway has found his rhythm, connecting on 44.7% of his 3-point attempts, and has scored in double figures in five of his first seven games.
