The upcoming NCAA Knoxville Regional promises to be an exciting event for baseball fans, with a range of amenities and guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Parking is available, and fans can take advantage of a dedicated gameday information page for more details. Tickets for all sessions can be obtained through Ticketmaster.com, with a limited number of standing-room-only tickets available at the stadium ticket booth starting 90 minutes before the first pitch each day.
To maintain safety and reduce congestion, certain road closures will be implemented starting Friday, May 30. Notably, Pat Head Summitt Street will be closed to vehicles between Fraternity Park Drive and Todd Helton Drive, though the left-field gate will remain accessible. A walking path will be provided for fans needing to access the Ticket Office or Main Gate from the south side of the stadium.
A clear bag policy will be enforced throughout the tournament to enhance security measures, and all game gates at Lindsey Nelson Stadium will open 90 minutes before the start of each game. For hydration, water stations will be available in two locations along the field, where fans can fill provided cups during the games.
In addition, fans are encouraged to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect, adhering to the NCAA’s Fan Code of Conduct. This includes maintaining civility, supporting all teams positively, and refraining from disruptive behavior.
With these preparations in place, the Knoxville Regional is set to offer fans an enjoyable and memorable baseball experience.
