Season 2 of “The Bear” has made history by securing 23 Emmy nominations, marking the highest number ever for a comedy series.

The Hulu show aims to win again in the Outstanding Comedy category, with Emmy-winning cast members Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach receiving nominations for their performances in the second season.

“It’s the greatest job I’ve ever had,” White commented on the experience. “I love everybody in the cast. I love everybody in the crew. It’s changed my life.”

Edebri expressed her admiration for show creator and director Chris Storer, noting, “I think there’s a level of artistry that he’s really pushing himself with that is very exciting.”

Moss-Bachrach also shared his pride, stating, “I’m very honored. I just take it as a testament to the show.”

The series features an impressive lineup of guest stars, including Jamie Lee Curtis, Olivia Colman, Jon Bernthal, Will Poulter, and Bob Odenkirk, all of whom received nominations.

Notably, supporting cast members Liza Colón-Zayas and Lionel Boyce have also earned nominations for the first time. Colón-Zayas remarked, “I love that people relate to her. That they feel like she’s family.”

At the Season 3 premiere, Boyce expressed his excitement, saying, “I’m freaking out on the inside. You can’t see it ’cause I’m wearing an undershirt, but I’m sweating!”
