As Thanksgiving approaches, many individuals may find themselves in need of a quick meal rather than a traditional home-cooked feast. For those seeking a convenient dining option on this holiday, several McDonald’s locations will remain open across various Florida cities.
In St. Petersburg, seven McDonald’s restaurants will be operational, with the outlet at 62nd Avenue N. closing at 1 a.m. while all other locations will be available around the clock.
Tampa boasts thirteen open McDonald’s, with the one on Dr. MLK Jr. Drive closing at midnight and the establishment on West Kennedy Blvd. shutting down at 1 a.m. The remainder of the locations will also be open 24 hours.
Clearwater will have nine of its McDonald’s open, with closing hours varying— the South Missouri Avenue location will close at 1 a.m. and the North Hercules Avenue spot at 11 p.m. The rest will be available all night.
Sarasota offers eight open McDonald’s, featuring various closing times, including the location on Fruitville Road at 4 a.m. and another on South Tamiami Trail at 11 p.m. Similarly, some will close at 1 a.m. or midnight.
In Wesley Chapel, both locations—at State Road 54 West and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard—will operate continuously for those needing late-night meals.
This Thanksgiving, McDonald’s provides a practical alternative for those who may not wish to prepare a traditional meal, ensuring that residents have access to quick food choices. Whether due to work commitments, a lack of interest in cooking, or simply on the go, these fast food outlets can serve as a reliable resource.
In a time when togetherness and gratitude are so emphasized, it’s encouraging to see dining options that cater to everyone’s individual needs, providing comfort and sustenance during the holiday season.
