The 2025 National Clubs Carnival for Aerobic Gymnastics in Gold Coast has wrapped up, with Team Fiji making a notable impression with their talent and dedication, earning high rankings, medals, and special awards. Gymnastics Federation Fiji’s Board Director, Maria Alvarado, commended the athletes for their commitment and the outstanding results they achieved.
In the competition, notable performances were seen across various levels. At Level 3 for ages 7–11, Arsene de Luzuriaga scored 12.400, securing 14th place in the Individual division. In the Multiples event, Evelyn Irava and Rhonda Rounds won Bronze Medals with a score of 12.850. At Level 4 for ages 7–11, Kesaia Sivo finished 13th individually with 12.700 and, alongside Unaisi Namuaira, achieved a top 6 placement in the Multiples division with 12.400.
For the older age group at Level 4 (12+), Karalaini Naituivau excelled individually with 12.783, finishing 9th, and together with Maja Plinkert, also earned a top 6 spot in the Multiples category with 12.000. In Level 5 (ages 8–11), Lexi Millar achieved 11th place in Individuals with 13.166.
The Aero Dance Division One team—comprising Evelyn Irava, Karalaini Naituivau, Unaisi Namuaira, and Kesaia Sivo—impressed judges with a vibrant routine, earning Silver Medals with a score of 12.466. In the Youth International Individual Women’s event, Lauren Pilla finished strongly, scoring 14.616 to take 11th place.
A special highlight was the Special Performance Award, granted to team members Karalaini Naituivau, Tirzah Helenani, Kesaia Sivo, Unaisi Namuaira, Jemesa Lau, Arsene de Luzuriaga, and Lindy Wilson for their inspiring performances and dedication.
