The Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival is set to make a grand return to the city’s waterfront from April 8 to April 12, 2025. This delightful celebration of culinary arts will be hosted by celebrity chef Robert Irvine, along with honorary chef Sean Brasel of Meat Market and Executive Chef Fernando Desa of GOYA Foods, who will emphasize the vibrant food and beverage culture in the Tampa Bay area.
The five-day event promises a rich array of activities, introducing exciting new features like “Experience St. Pete” and “Experience Tampa,” both highlighting local restaurants through specially curated multi-course dinners. Beloved past events will also return, including the “Chef Showdown” competition, where 16 chefs will showcase their talents across various categories such as fried chicken, pasta, and surf-and-turf dishes. The festival culminates in the “Grand Tasting” at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on April 12, presenting over 40 dining options, wines, and cocktails for attendees to enjoy.
Tickets for the weekend events are currently available, while those for weekday dinners will go on sale in January 2025.
This festival not only promises to be an exciting showcase for food enthusiasts but also supports local chefs and restaurants, fostering community pride in Tampa Bay’s rich culinary scene. With a focus on local flavors and innovation, attendees can look forward to an engaging experience that celebrates the region’s unique gastronomic offerings.
