Sun Belt and ESPN Team Up for Week 4 Showdowns!

The Sun Belt Conference has collaborated with ESPN to announce that three non-conference games in Week 4 will be featured on linear networks.

The matchup between Marshall and Ohio State is set for Saturday, September 21, kicking off at 12:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. CT on FOX. This game marks the first encounter between the two teams since 2010, despite their close geographical proximity of less than 150 miles.

Tulane will face Louisiana on the same day at 12:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. CT, with coverage on ESPNU. This game will see the Green Wave return to Cajun Field for the first time since 2012.

Also on September 21, James Madison will take on North Carolina at 12:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. CT, broadcasted on ACC Network. This will be the Dukes’ inaugural matchup against the Tar Heels since their transition to the FBS level and joining the Sun Belt.

These games join previously announced linear matchups for Week 4: South Alabama at App State on Thursday, September 19, at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN, and Georgia Southern at Ole Miss on Saturday, September 21, at 7:45 p.m. ET/6:45 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
