The United States Tennis Association (USTA) has announced the singles entry lists for the upcoming 2025 US Open, creating excitement among tennis fans. This year’s event will be highlighted by the presence of Aryna Sabalenka and Jannik Sinner, the current world No. 1 players and reigning champions of the US Open singles.

Joining Sabalenka in the women’s field is 2023 US Open champion Coco Gauff, who is ranked No. 2, alongside other top players like Jessica Pegula (No. 4), Amanda Anisimova (No. 7), and Madison Keys (No. 8). The men’s entry list features notable talents including 2022 champion Carlos Alcaraz and Top-10 players Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton.

In total, the tournament will see 18 former Grand Slam singles champions, including 10 who have previously won the US Open, showcasing a high level of competitive tennis.

The United States is leading the tournament in representation, with 30 players—16 women and 14 men—earning direct entry. Additionally, several players are utilizing special or protected rankings, including notable names such as Petra Kvitova and Nick Kyrgios.

The official main draw for the 2025 US Open is scheduled to take place from August 24 to September 7 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York. Prior to the main event, Fan Week will commence on August 18, featuring the Qualifying Tournament and the Mixed Doubles Championship.
