Star-Studded Grammy Night: Who’s In and Who’s Out?

The 67th Annual Grammy Awards are gearing up to showcase a star-studded lineup of performances, set to take place at the Crypto.com Arena with Trevor Noah as the host. Scheduled for Sunday night, the event will be broadcast live on CBS and accessible for streaming on Paramount+.

Notable pop icons like Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, and Sabrina Carpenter are among the performers, alongside legendary artists such as Shakira, John Legend, and Stevie Wonder. However, reigning Grammy queen Beyoncé, who holds the record for the most nominations in Grammys history, will not be taking the stage this year, nor will Taylor Swift, despite her six nominations.

This year’s ceremony will also present an emotional In Memoriam segment honoring the legacy of Quincy Jones, who passed away in 2024, and will celebrate Los Angeles’s spirit, particularly in light of the recent devastating wildfires that have impacted the city. In response to the crisis, the Grammys will focus on raising funds for wildfire relief efforts and acknowledging the bravery of first responders.

Star performers for the In Memoriam and tribute segments include Cynthia Erivo, Chris Martin from Coldplay, and Sheryl Crow. The event carries a meaningful purpose this year as it aims to show solidarity with those affected by the fires.

The full list of performers encompasses a diverse array of talent, including Benson Boone, Brad Paisley, Brittany Howard, Janelle Monáe, Lainey Wilson, and many others, promising an exciting night of music.

Prior to the main event, the Grammys will feature a premiere ceremony, hosted by Justin Tranter at the Peacock Theater. This pre-show will include additional performances and the announcement of several awards, initiating with a heartfelt tribute to first responders.

As the industry comes together to celebrate resilience and creativity while honoring those affected by adversity, the 67th Grammy Awards carry the positive message of unity and support within the music community, shining a light on recovery and hope.
