John Stamos, Cam Gigandet, and Dale Dickey have officially joined the cast of Season 2 of “The Hunting Wives.” Stamos will portray Chase Brylan, while Dickey takes on the role of Zelda Moffitt, and Gigandet plays Gentle John Moffitt. Details regarding their characters are yet to be revealed, but the addition of these experienced actors promises to bring new depth to the series.

Stamos is widely recognized for his role as Jesse Katsopolis on ABC’s iconic series “Full House,” which ran from 1987 to 1995, along with the Netflix sequel series “Fuller House.” His extensive resume includes notable performances in “ER,” “You,” “Big Shot,” and “Palm Royale.”

Dickey is celebrated for her diverse roles, most notably as Merab in the critically acclaimed film “Winter’s Bone,” and as Martha Bozeman in HBO’s hit series “True Blood.” She also appeared as Ma June in Amazon Prime Video’s “Fallout.”

Gigandet rose to fame for his portrayal of Kevin Volchok in “The O.C.” and has featured in films like “Burlesque” and “Violent Night.”

They join a strong lineup of actors in Season 2, including previously announced cast members Kim Matula and Alex FitzAlan, along with returning stars Brittany Snow, Malin Akerman, Jaime Ray Newman, Dermot Mulroney, Evan Jonigkeit, George Ferrier, Karen Rodriguez, Hunter Emery, and Branton Box.

The second season picks up with the characters Sophie (Snow) and Margo (Akerman) at odds, but they will ultimately face a series of challenges that compel them to work together. The official logline hints at escalating tensions, stating, “As they play their dangerous games, the question arises: Are they the hunters or the hunted?”

Created by Rebecca Cutter and based on May Cobb’s novel, “The Hunting Wives” continues to be produced with Cutter serving as showrunner, alongside Cobb and 3 Arts Entertainment’s Erwin Stoff. Lionsgate is the studio behind the series, ensuring that fans can look forward to another thrilling installment in this intriguing narrative.
