Cheltenham Police received a report of the stabbing around 8:07 a.m. on Sunday, January 11, near the intersection of Old York Road and Breyer Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered the male victim with a stab wound, prompting immediate transport to a trauma center for medical treatment.
Two individuals fled the scene prior to the police’s arrival but were quickly apprehended following a foot chase assisted by Abington Township Police near Meetinghouse Road and Township Line Road. A knife was recovered at the scene, but further details regarding the suspects and any potential charges have not yet been disclosed.
