How to claim prizes
– Prizes up to $500: redeem at any authorized South Carolina Education Lottery retailer by signing the winning ticket for an immediate payout.
– Prizes $501 to $100,000: redeem by mailing the signed ticket, a completed claim form, and a copy of a government-issued photo ID to the SC Education Lottery Claims Center. Use registered mail and keep copies for security.
– Mailing address: SC Education Lottery Claims Center, P.O. Box 11039, Columbia, SC 29211-1039
– Prizes over $100,000: claim in person at the South Carolina Education Lottery Headquarters in Columbia. Bring the signed ticket, completed claim form, government-issued photo ID, and your Social Security card. Winners may elect Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for direct deposit of winnings.
