Also in Phoenix, the Black Friday, Small Business Saturday Block Party will take place downtown, showcasing 100 small businesses alongside music, food trucks, and family fun from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Residents can venture south to Tucson for the Black-Owned Business Fest, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is touted as Arizona’s largest festival dedicated to Black businesses. Attendees can enjoy live music, art, dance, and an opportunity to learn more about the Black community in the state.

In downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Flea will host its 11th annual Small Business Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This popular event will feature over 130 small businesses and food trucks, expecting a turnout of around 6,000 people. Admission is $5 cash, so attendees should plan accordingly.

For a touch of elegance, the GenuWine wine bar is organizing a holiday market from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. where guests can explore unique gifts and handcrafted items. Meanwhile, the Small Business Saturday Morning Market offers the chance to create personalized bouquets and friendship bracelets from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In Mesa, families can enjoy the Indoor Holiday Market, which promises live entertainment and fun activities for children. This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a $5 entry and parking fee.

Old Town Scottsdale will be buzzing with shoppers exploring local boutiques and galleries from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Receipts from purchases can earn customers a free tote bag, and a complimentary gift-wrapping station will be available.

Gilbert is also participating with its Farmer’s Market, running from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., where shoppers can buy fresh produce and support over 100 vendors.

Finally, for those looking for a fun outing with friends, the Melrose Turkey Crawl invites participants to enjoy drink specials at local bars in the Melrose District. With a modest entry fee of $20, attendees can indulge in a festive bar-hopping experience.

For shoppers in Flagstaff, many local businesses await in the downtown area, offering a relaxed vibe away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities.

With so many vibrant events lined up across the state, small businesses are well-positioned to thrive this holiday season, underscoring the importance of community support. Going out to shop local not only helps these businesses but also fosters a sense of connection and community spirit among residents.
