This collaboration will feature a 25-game exclusive package starting on February 28, 2026, with every game available for streaming on the ESPN App and Disney+. Some games will also air live on ESPN networks and ABC, elevating the visibility of this unique league.
Brent Colborne, Vice President of ESPN Programming Content & Strategy, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership, highlighting the incredible growth and fan engagement that Banana Ball has attracted. The league, which has now expanded to include six teams—Savannah Bananas, Party Animals, Firefighters, Texas Tailgaters, Loco Beach Coconuts, and Indianapolis Clowns—has become a major draw, no longer restricted to traditional MLB stadiums.

A standout event this season will occur at Disneyland, known as the “happiest place on earth.” This partnership emphasizes the synergy between sports and entertainment, promising fans an experience that goes beyond the ballpark.
Fans can look forward to a thrilling lineup of games, including matchups against notable teams in iconic venues such as Yankee Stadium, Wrigley Field, and more, showcasing the vibrant energy of Banana Ball. With this innovative approach and extensive media coverage, the Savannah Bananas are poised to capture the hearts of an even larger audience in the coming season.
