Nathaniel Walter Radimak, notorious for his violent encounters tied to road rage, has been arrested in Hawaii for allegedly assaulting two individuals during yet another road rage incident. Radimak, 39, known on social media as the “Tesla road rage guy,” was on parole after being released from prison in August 2024.
The latest altercation occurred on May 7 when Radimak, driving a gray Tesla, was confronted by an 18-year-old girl and her mother as they parked their car. According to the Honolulu Police Department, the young woman asked Radimak to slow down after he nearly clipped her as he sped by. Following this, Radimak reportedly exited his vehicle and physically assaulted both the girl and her mother before escaping the scene.
Diane Ung, the mother involved, recounted the incident to KABC-TV, explaining that she was teaching her daughter to parallel park when the confrontation unfolded. After the verbal exchange, surveillance footage captured Radimak making a U-turn and confronting the 18-year-old before allegedly punching her in the face. Ung intervened, throwing her iced coffee at him in an attempt to protect her daughter, which led to Radimak striking her with what she described as a “Superman punch.”
This arrest marks a significant step in Radimak’s history of violent behavior. Previously, he served a five-year sentence for attacking eight people with a metal pipe in Southern California. These incidents all occurred while he was behind the wheel of his Tesla, leading to numerous complaints about his reckless and aggressive driving.
Gloria Allred, an attorney for several of Radimak’s past victims, expressed concern over his release and the continual threats he poses, asserting that his latest actions were predictable and that he could face extradition back to California for violating parole.
As this troubling narrative unfolds, it underscores the ongoing issue of road rage and the importance of public safety. Law enforcement continues to monitor the situation closely as new developments arise, including the pending charges against Radimak. This serves as a reminder for communities to remain vigilant and responsive to such aggressive behaviors on the roads.
