Ro Teimumu Kepa, the paramount chief of Rewa, recently celebrated her 80th birthday surrounded by family and friends, reflecting on a life enriched by faith and purpose. During the celebration, she expressed gratitude to her late parents and God for her good health and fulfilling life.

In her speech, Ro Teimumu emphasized the significance of understanding God’s purpose, stating, “It’s just God alone who has blessed me with a good life.” She shared biblical wisdom on leadership, drawing inspiration from figures like King Solomon and reminding those present of the importance of leading with divine wisdom. “We need to lead our people with the wisdom that God also gave King Solomon,” she noted. As she addressed her guests warmly, she extended wishes for a Merry Christmas and blessings for everyone.

Adi Finau Tabakaucoro, a longtime friend of Ro Teimumu, spoke fondly of her character, describing her as humble and relatable. “She is someone we can easily relate to,” Tabakaucoro remarked, highlighting their deep friendship and Ro Teimumu’s qualities as a good listener and teacher. She expressed her appreciation for Ro Teimumu’s many years of life and the experiences they have shared.
