Yoga guru Baba Ramdev emphasized the importance of genuine commitment in the movement for cow protection, stating that simply organizing conferences and raising slogans is insufficient. Speaking to reporters after a yoga session in Panaji, Ramdev called for the involvement of prominent spiritual leaders, including seers and Shankaracharyas, to take an active role in cow rearing.

Highlighting the efforts of Patanjali, Ramdev noted that the organization currently protects one lakh cows and urged spiritual leaders to embrace a similar responsibility. He questioned whether true cow protection could be realized through criticism of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asserting the need for constructive actions instead.

Ramdev also shared insights into PM Modi’s aspirations for India, which include establishing the country as a global hub for health and a center of Sanatan wisdom. He announced ongoing initiatives to promote health, wellness, and spiritual tourism in Goa, describing the state as a beautiful and profoundly spiritual destination for those seeking self-healing and self-realization.

In connection with these efforts, Ramdev revealed plans for the construction of Patanjali’s largest wellness center in Goa, which will be developed with the support of the state government. This center aims to contribute significantly to the growing interest in sustainable health practices in the region.
