With set scores of 25-20, 25-21, and 25-15, this victory marks the 21st Ivy League title in the program’s history, the most for any Ivy institution.
This championship is particularly notable as it serves as the seventh title for the Tigers in the past decade and the second consecutive title achieved under Head Coach, further cementing her legacy within the program. The team’s outstanding performance featured several key players, with top contributions from players who recorded double-doubles, including impressive hitting percentages and significant digs.
The match commenced with Princeton establishing an early lead through strong offensive plays, quickly setting the tone for the evening. After overcoming an initial deficit in the second set, the Tigers rallied with a series of powerful plays, closing the set on a 5-0 run to secure a 2-0 lead.
