Orville Peck has officially announced the release of his new EP titled ‘Appaloosa,’ set to drop on November 14 through Warner Records. This highly anticipated seven-track collection will feature the recently unveiled single “Drift Away,” which showcases a poignant blend of melancholic country sounds and Peck’s signature baritone vocals accompanied by twangy guitar riffs.
Notably, the EP will include a collaboration with Noah Cyrus on the track “Atchafalaya.” This follows their previous partnerships on “Love Is A Canyon” and last year’s “How Far Will We Take It?”
Peck’s musical journey continues to evolve since the release of his last album, ‘Stampede,’ in the summer of 2024. He has also released several singles post-album, including “Tennessee,” featuring Kesha.
In addition to his new music, Peck is gearing up to host his seventh Annual Rodeo at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, California, from November 14 to 16. The event will feature performances by notable artists such as Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats, Joy Oladokun, Hurray For The Riff Raff, and Allison Russell, among others. Peck plans to perform a different set each day, with a headlining performance scheduled for November 15.
