Kerzner International Holdings Limited has forged a significant partnership with BSP Life to create an ultra-luxury resort and a private residential community in Nacula, Yasawa, under the esteemed One&Only brand. This collaboration represents a major advancement in bolstering Fiji’s status as a premium travel destination, showcasing a commitment to fostering economic growth in the South Pacific region.

Philippe Zuber, the CEO of Kerzner, shared his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Fiji has long been a coveted addition to our global portfolio, and we’re thrilled to introduce this remarkable location to One&Only’s discerning guests.” The venture aligns with Kerzner’s strategic goals for growth in the Asia-Pacific area, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences while embracing the warmth of Fijian culture.

The One&Only Yasawa resort is slated to open its doors in 2029 and will cover an area of 127 acres, featuring 40 exquisitely designed accommodations, ranging from guest rooms and suites to villas. Additional plans for the resort include six gourmet dining establishments and a Club One wellness center. Moreover, an exclusive community of 20 One&Only private homes will be offered for purchase beginning in November 2025, blending luxurious living with the brand’s outstanding services and amenities.

Michael Nacola, Managing Director of BSP Life, underlined the project’s importance, noting the extensive economic benefits it will bring to the local community. He highlighted that partnerships like this are essential for stimulating job creation, enhancing skill development, and promoting overall growth in the tourism sector, further establishing Fiji as a high-value travel destination.
