Ondas Inc. (ONDS), through its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) division and Ondas Networks, recently hosted its OAS Investor Day 2026, unveiling significant advancements in its growth trajectory. The company reported the successful implementation of its core plus strategic growth plan, transforming OAS from a suite of specialized autonomous drone systems into a comprehensive global autonomy platform.

In conjunction with the event, Ondas shared preliminary financial results for 2025, which surpassed earlier projections. The company anticipates reporting fourth-quarter 2025 revenues between $27 and $29 million, marking a robust 51% increase from its previous guidance. For the entire year ending December 31, 2025, Ondas expects a revenue range of $47.6 million to $49.6 million, which exceeds prior estimates by 23%. Notably, this revenue outlook includes a contribution of $3 to $4 million from Roboteam, a business acquired in December 2025.

Additionally, Ondas’ backlog reached approximately $65.3 million as of the year’s end, showing a remarkable 180% growth from $23.3 million on November 13, 2025, indicating a surge in demand and enhanced revenue visibility. The company’s liquidity position remains strong, closing the year with a pro forma cash balance exceeding $1.5 billion after a recently completed equity offering of around $1 billion, which greatly enhances its financial flexibility.

For 2026, Ondas has revised its revenue forecast upward to a range of $170 million to $180 million, reflecting a 25% increase over the previous target of $140 million, which included an expected $30 million from Roboteam. This adjustment signals management’s optimism regarding accelerating growth for its autonomous systems and integrated platform strategy.

OAS is recognized as the central growth engine for Ondas, benefitting from increased deployment of its Iron Drone Raider and Optimus autonomous platforms, alongside early contributions from recently acquired entities such as Apeiro Motion. Strong performance is expected in the counter-unmanned aerial systems segment, driven by the Iron Drone and Sentrycs platforms, while ground robotics, specifically the Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) offerings from Roboteam and Apeiro, are experiencing deepening customer adoption and demand.

Comparatively, competitors in the sector are also showcasing impressive growth. Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (RCAT) announced solid revenue figures for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, projecting between $24 million and $26.5 million for the fourth quarter and a significant 153% increase in annual revenue. Draganfly Inc. (DPRO) is also witnessing robust demand across defense and commercial markets, with management indicating strong revenue momentum stemming from military orders and an expanding product base.

Ondas shares have experienced a staggering increase of 440.5% over the past six months, outpacing the Communication – Network Software industry, which saw an 8.9% rise. Currently trading at a forward 12-month Price/Sales ratio of 31.03, Ondas significantly exceeds the industry’s multiple of 2.25.

As the company continues to demonstrate strong operational execution and faces a buoyant demand landscape, Ondas Holdings Inc. is well-positioned for sustained growth in the evolving autonomous systems market.
