The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris are coming to a close, and the closing ceremony promises to be a celebration unlike any other. Athletes and nations will come together for the final moments of the Olympic Games on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at 3 p.m. ET (noon PT). The event will be broadcast live on NBC, with a primetime encore presentation scheduled for 7 p.m. ET/PT.

For viewers without cable, there are several ways to stream the closing ceremony. Peacock is a primary option, available for $8 per month, or $80 for an annual subscription. The platform not only offers access to the Olympics but also features NFL games, Premier League soccer, and a vast library of TV shows and movies.

Sling TV also provides a budget-friendly way to watch the ceremony. Its Orange + Blue plan includes NBC and other networks for $60 per month, but new customers can take advantage of a $30 promotion for the first month. The Blue plan, offering NBC, USA, and E! channels, starts at $45 per month, with special promotions available.

Another streaming option is Fubo, a sports-centric service that offers access to numerous channels, including CBS, Fox, and NBC. A seven-day free trial is available, followed by a monthly subscription starting at $80.

Hulu + Live TV is another alternative, bundling 90 channels and including access to ESPN+ and Disney+ for $77 per month after a free trial.

Additionally, viewers can utilize a digital HDTV antenna to catch the ceremony on local channels such as NBC and CBS without any monthly fees.

This year’s ceremony will be hosted by sports broadcaster Mike Tirico and “The Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon. Performers will include over 100 acrobats, with actor Tom Cruise rumored to make a skydiving appearance to close the event. Snoop Dogg is also expected to perform.

Team USA will be represented by flag bearers Katie Ledecky, a celebrated swimmer and the most decorated U.S. women’s Olympian with 14 medals, and rower Nick Mead, who is part of the gold-medal-winning men’s four rowing team.
