The Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) has announced the postponement of two OFC Pro League matches due to severe weather conditions and warnings in the Auckland area. The matches that will be rescheduled are Tahiti United versus PNG Hekari FC, originally set to start at 3:00 PM NZT, and South Melbourne FC against Solomon Kings FC, scheduled for 7:00 PM NZT.

Currently, Auckland is under a Heavy Rain Warning (Orange Alert) from 9:00 AM Wednesday NZT until 2:00 AM Thursday NZT. This decision prioritizes the safety of players, match officials, and supporters.

Both matches will be played at a later date, and the OFC will provide updates regarding the revised schedule as they become available. Given the weather’s impact, this postponement highlights the federation’s commitment to the well-being of all involved. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to exciting matches once the weather clears up.
