McDonald’s has launched a new adult Happy Meal featuring collectible cups that celebrate characters from the fast-food chain’s history. Named the Collector’s Meal, this special offering includes six collectible cups inspired by popular items from the past, such as the Cowpoke McNugget Buddy from 1988, the McDonald’s Dragster from 1993, and the Hello Kitty Crew Keychain from 2000.
The Collector’s Meals became available on Tuesday, August 13. Customers can purchase these meals online, through the drive-thru, and in-store.
The collectible cups offer a nostalgic experience with eight different designs, reminiscing about childhood delights from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. The designs include themes from Barbie & Hot Wheels, Beanie Babies, Coca-Cola, Hello Kitty & Peanuts, as well as popular franchises like Shrek, Jurassic Park, and Minions, alongside images of McDonald’s iconic figures such as Grimace Glass and Boo Buckets.
The Collector’s Meal is available throughout the day, with breakfast and lunch options. Breakfast offerings include a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, hash brown, and hot coffee, while lunch and evening options feature a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets or a Big Mac sandwich, accompanied by fries and a soft drink.
Prices for the meals differ throughout Tennessee. For example, in Memphis, the Chicken Nugget and Big Mac meals are priced at $12.79, while in Nashville, they are available for $11.19. In Knoxville, the Chicken Nugget meal costs $10.59, and the Big Mac meal is priced at $10.29.
