Nikki Glaser, who gained widespread recognition for her sharp-witted roast of Tom Brady, is set to make her highly anticipated debut as a host on Saturday Night Live next month. Glaser expressed her aspirations for an SNL hosting role, stating, “I think I would kill it,” in an interview with Deadline last year.
Joining Glaser in making their SNL hosting debuts is Glen Powell, known for his role in the blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick. He will take the stage on November 15, alongside musical guest Olivia Dean, who is promoting her new album, The Art of Loving. Miles Teller, who also featured in Top Gun: Maverick, will return for a second time as host on November 1, supported by Brandi Carlile, who will be making her third individual appearance on the show.
Teller, currently promoting his film Eternity, previously hosted the season premiere of SNL’s 48th season in September 2022. Glaser is set to bring her comedic talents to the iconic show on November 8, where she will be joined by the up-and-coming musical guest Sombr, fresh off the success of his single “Back to Friends.”
As SNL gears up for its new season, it promises a diverse lineup of talent that is sure to entertain audiences. The show returns on October 18, featuring Sabrina Carpenter in a special dual role as both host and musical guest. With such a vibrant array of artists and comedians, this season of SNL is poised to be an exciting one.
