Newcastle vs Chelsea: Ticket Tips You Need to Know!

Newcastle United will visit Stamford Bridge to play against Chelsea on Sunday, October 27, with the match scheduled to start at 2 PM (GMT). Tickets for the match went on sale starting at 2 PM (BST) on September 25, exclusively for season ticket holders with 115 or more away points.

Ticket availability will decrease daily at 2 PM, excluding weekends, subject to availability. The prices for tickets are as follows:

– Adults (ages 20-64) – £30.00
– Seniors (over 65) – £23.50
– Juniors (ages 19 and under) – £23.50

Supporters should note that the entire away section is a designated safe standing area, and attendees must occupy their assigned positions. Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Chelsea FC staff may verify the age of attendees who claim concession prices, so it’s essential to select the correct concession at the time of purchase and bring appropriate identification on match day. Tickets will be issued in paper format.

In response to supporter feedback, a limited number of tickets will be available through a ballot for season ticket holders who do not meet the away points requirement. This ballot will open for 24 hours following the final points reduction, and supporters will need to enter their card details. Successful ballot entrants will receive an email notification and payment will be processed, while unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted and will not incur any charges.

It is important to note that all tickets are exclusively for the supporter making the purchase using their Newcastle United supporter number and are strictly non-transferable.

Additionally, spot checks will continue at away matches to protect the priority access of eligible supporters. According to a survey on Away Ticketing and Operations, 54% of participants supported these checks. Further discussions will take place regarding the spot check process to gather feedback from season ticket holders, including those who prefer the removal of checks.
