Compass Offices has announced the upcoming launch of the prestigious “Compass Office WTC annex” business center, which is set to debut in March 2025 in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. This new addition to their portfolio will enhance their offerings of flexible office spaces and is already allowing potential clients to book guided tours.
According to Kazuya Morikawa, Country Manager of Compass Offices Japan, this project is a collaborative effort with the World Trade Center Building Center Co., Ltd. and aims to revitalize the Hamamatsucho area. The WTC annex is positioned as more than just a flexible office space; it will serve as a pivotal component of the area’s redevelopment, contributing to a dynamic work environment in anticipation of the main World Trade Center building’s completion in 2027.
The Compass Office WTC annex will occupy the entirety of the 11th and 12th floors, covering an area of approximately 560 Tsubo (about 1880 sqm). The center is designed to cater to teams of varying sizes, featuring private offices and a range of amenities, including club lounges with stunning views of Tokyo Tower and meeting rooms equipped with advanced technologies such as 86” touchscreen video monitors.
Located within the bustling Minato-ku district, the WTC annex benefits from excellent transport links and proximity to essential amenities, making it an ideal spot for business. It connects seamlessly to various transport options, including Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station, enhancing accessibility for clients and travelers alike.
Moreover, the facility incorporates advanced Business Continuity Planning (BCP) technologies, ensuring it remains operational during emergencies with support for power and water supply for up to 72 hours. In addition, Compass Offices offers tailored Enterprise Solutions for larger organizations, allowing for customizable workspaces that meet specific business needs.
Overall, the Compass Office WTC annex promises to become a vibrant hub for business, fostering partnerships, innovation, and growth in a state-of-the-art environment. As Compass Offices expands its presence in Japan, including plans for additional sites later in 2025, the future looks bright for clients seeking flexible workspace solutions.
This development highlights the continued growth and adaptation within the workspace industry, catering to the evolving needs of businesses and professionals. The strategic location and modern amenities ensure that Compass Offices remains a significant player in the market.
