Navaga Village in Ba enjoyed a delightful surprise visit from the Fiji Police Force and various community partners, who arrived with goodwill and gifts. The team unveiled a new village signboard and accompanying by-laws, sponsored by Bethel Electrical Services Limited, aimed at promoting community discipline and reinforcing local governance.

In a spirit of festive generosity, representatives from Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child distributed early Christmas gift boxes to the children of Navaga. Additionally, the Punjas Group contributed to the occasion by sharing essential food items with the villagers as part of its 90th-anniversary community outreach.

The event saw participation from the New Zealand Police, who donated rugby balls to the Veilomani Youth Club as part of their ongoing “Sports Dash” program with the Western Division Blue Light Team. This collaboration not only fostered sports and recreation among the youth but also highlighted the importance of community involvement and support.
