The event will kick off with the Xfinity Series, which is hosting a 65-lap race, marking its return to this venue for the first time since 2008. This will be followed by a 50-lap race for the NASCAR Mexico Series, with a time limit of 90 minutes.

Due to travel challenges, including two grounded planes that left teams stranded in Charlotte, North Carolina, NASCAR adjusted the schedule, moving the Xfinity practice to Saturday morning.
